1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and inquiring about our products (Power Chargers, Power Banks, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business partners.

2. Wholesale & Inquiries

WOWOHCOOL is a B2B manufacturer. All prices quoted via inquiry are subject to change based on raw material costs (e.g., lithium battery prices) and order quantity. Formal Proforma Invoices (PI) will prevail in all transactions.

3. OEM/ODM & Intellectual Property

For custom orders, the client is responsible for ensuring that all logos, designs, and brand assets provided to WOWOHCOOL do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. WOWOHCOOL retains the rights to our proprietary PCB designs and GaN technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Sample Policy

Samples are provided upon request. Depending on the model, a sample fee and shipping cost may apply. Sample fees are typically refundable upon the placement of a bulk order exceeding our specified MOQ.

5. Limitation of Liability

WOWOHCOOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products if used improperly or outside the specified technical parameters.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
